Because we don't sell gutter runs, guard systems, or roof work, our inspection notes have no sales quota behind them: when we photograph a failing seam or a section past saving, that report goes to you and you take it wherever you want. Usually the honest news is cheaper, a $20 hanger fix during the cleaning instead of a $2,000 "replacement recommendation."
The trade-off is that we have to be genuinely good at the unglamorous part. So the standard is written down and every crew works to it: troughs cleared by hand to bare metal, every downspout water-tested until it runs clear, valleys cleared, hardware checked, debris hauled away, photos of every run before and after. If a cleared system overflows in the next ordinary rain, we come back free, the rain-tested promise that keeps us honest with ourselves.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Bold City Gutter Cleaning carries general liability coverage on every crew. A certificate of insurance is available on request before any visit starts. We do not subcontract work to unverified crews. Every visit is performed by people we have trained and vetted ourselves.
Do you only do gutter cleaning, or do you do roofing and other services too?
Gutter cleaning only. We do not do roofing, exterior washing, or landscaping. The reason we stay in our lane is that gutter cleaning done properly requires specific knowledge about drainage systems, debris types, hardware conditions, and discharge direction that a generalist crew does not develop. Specialization is the reason we can quote flat prices without a site inspection first.
How do you quote without seeing the property?
Story count and rough roofline size are enough to price most Jacksonville homes accurately. Single-story homes in Jacksonville typically run between $99 and $179. Two-story homes run $149 to $279. Homes with unusually large rooflines, complex designs, or significant access challenges get a specific quote after a short call.
