The short version: this website stores nothing about you. The quote form opens your own email app; we keep what you send us only to schedule and perform the work.

What this website collects
This is a static informational website. It sets no tracking cookies of its own, runs no analytics scripts by default, and has no database. The quote form on the contact page does not transmit or store data on this site — submitting it opens your own email application with the details pre-filled, and nothing is sent until you choose to send that email.
What we receive when you contact us
If you call, text, or email Bold City Gutter Cleaning, we receive the contact details and property information you choose to share (name, phone, email, address, notes about your gutters). We use it to prepare quotes, schedule and perform service, send photo reports, and follow up about your gutters. We do not sell or rent this information, and we don't share it except with service providers strictly necessary to operate (for example, an email or scheduling provider) or where the law requires.
Photos
Before/after photos taken during service document the work on your gutters and are shared with you. We do not publish photos identifying your home or address without asking you first.
Your choices
Ask us at any time to correct or delete the contact information we hold for you: Info@guttercleaning-jacksonvillefl.com or (904) 869-0734. Hosting providers may keep standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) for security; those are governed by the host's own policy.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
