Jacksonville neighborhoods we cover

Every corner of Jacksonville, one crew

Mandarin

Live oak canopy streets along San Jose Boulevard and Hendricks Avenue. Spring shed hits harder here than almost anywhere else in Jacksonville.

Riverside and Avondale

Century-old homes with original half-round and box gutters. Careful handling required on hardware that predates most of Jacksonville.

San Marco

River-adjacent lots where downspout discharge direction matters as much as debris volume. Canopy streets near the Square fill fast in spring.

Arlington

Midcentury ranches through newer construction on the east side. Mixed housing stock means mixed hardware conditions, quoted individually.

Southside

Pine-heavy Baymeadows and Deerwood corridors where needle mats hide invisible clogs. Every downspout water-tested on every visit.

The Beaches

Jax Beach, Neptune, and Atlantic where salt air corrodes fasteners faster than any other Jacksonville environment.

Northside

Duval County's largest ZIP, 32218, covering the airport corridor, Oceanway, and the mixed residential and industrial mix along Dunn Avenue.

Westside

Our home base. Bold City is headquartered at 4616 San Juan Ave. Cassat, Normandy, and Wilson Boulevard are streets we already work every week.

Murray Hill

Bungalow revival streets under dense canopy. Small rooflines fill faster than larger homes, three visits a year recommended for most lots.

Springfield

Historic district with Victorian and Craftsman homes from the 1880s onward. Original gutters handled carefully with no high-pressure flushing.

Ortega

Riverside estates with 300 to 500 linear feet of gutter and deep live oak canopy. Every run inspected, not just spot-checked.

San Jose

St. Johns River corridor south of San Marco where discharge direction is checked every visit given the water table proximity.

Baymeadows

Southside corporate corridor dominated by slash pine. HOA photo documentation provided after every visit.

Deerwood

Gated golf community with estate-scale rooflines and HOA appearance standards. Full documentation after every visit.

Fort Caroline

Established 1960s and 1970s construction along St. Johns Bluff Road. Original hardware inspected, not just cleaned.

Julington Creek

HOA master-planned communities at the Duval-St. Johns border where creek-adjacent drainage needs specific attention every visit.

Oakleaf and Argyle Forest

Fastest-growing Westside communities where many homes have never had a professional cleaning since builder installation.

Jacksonville Beach

Oceanfront and near-beach properties where salt-air fastener inspection is part of every cleaning visit, not an optional add-on.

Our Southwest Florida service includes Cape Coral with its 400-mile canal network. New this month: Tallahassee, Gainesville, Clearwater, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines and Coral Springs.

Jacksonville Cleaning Frequency Guide

Jacksonville averages 52 inches of rain per year, with the June through November hurricane season delivering the heaviest loads. The right cleaning schedule depends on canopy density and proximity to water as much as it does on season.

Twice per year

Recommended for homes with moderate canopy, newer construction in Oakleaf and Argyle Forest, and coastal properties in the Beaches where salt air needs to be checked but debris volume is moderate.

Three times per year

Right for most Mandarin, San Jose, and Springfield homes under heavy live oak canopy. The spring shed from March through May alone can refill a trough that was just cleaned in February.

Four times per year

For Ortega and riverside estates carrying 300 to 500 linear feet of gutter under dense canopy. Large rooflines collect debris proportionally, and inspecting every run takes longer on these properties.

Not sure which schedule fits your home? Call (904) 869-0734 and describe your tree cover and roofline. We will tell you honestly what makes sense before quoting anything.

Jacksonville's 52-inch annual rainfall is concentrated enough that a single missed cleaning can translate into overflow during the first heavy June storm. The homes that avoid gutter repairs longest are the ones that treat cleaning as a scheduled maintenance task rather than a reactive one. Every Bold City visit includes before and after photos, a downspout water test, and debris hauled off the property, not blown into the yard.

Service area questions

Do you serve all of Duval County?

Yes. Every ZIP code in Duval County is within our service area, including the rural western ZIPs like 32234 and the airport corridor in 32218. If your ZIP is in the table above, we cover it.

Do you serve St. Johns County addresses like Julington Creek and Nocatee?

Yes. The St. Johns County side of Julington Creek, Nocatee, and Ponte Vedra are all within our regular coverage. ZIP codes 32081, 32082, and 32259 are standard visits.

Is there a minimum job size or linear footage requirement?

No minimum. A small Murray Hill bungalow with 80 linear feet gets the same complete service as a 400-foot Ortega estate. We quote by property, not by minimum footage thresholds.

Do you serve commercial properties in Jacksonville?

Yes for small commercial, meaning strip centers, small office buildings, and multi-family residential up to four units. Large commercial buildings with complex roof drainage systems are quoted individually after a site visit.

What areas outside Jacksonville do you cover?

We cover Northeast Florida including Nassau County, Clay County, and the St. Johns County market. We also serve the Florida statewide market with dedicated pages for Miami, Tampa, Orlando, and over 100 additional Florida cities. See the Northeast Florida page for the regional overview.

What does "Jacksonville gutters" actually mean for scheduling?

Jacksonville gutters run into a specific problem that most of the country doesn't face: 52-plus inches of rain per year, a live oak canopy that sheds twice a year in spring and fall, and a humid climate where anything stuck in a trough starts breaking down within weeks. Jacksonville rain gutters typically need two to four cleanings per year depending on tree cover — closer to four in Mandarin and Ortega, two in the newer Oakleaf and Nocatee builds. If you've found us while searching for Jacksonville rain gutters, book in late February before spring shed and again after hurricane season ends in November. Those two visits catch the two biggest debris events.

Are "leaf proof" or "rain pro" gutters actually maintenance-free?

No. Leaf proof rain gutters and similar marketed systems slow debris buildup but don't stop it. Pollen, pine needles, shingle grit, and roof moss still work their way through or over most guard designs, and the trough still needs clearing. Rain pro gutters and reverse-curve systems are the same story — they handle large leaves well but routinely pack tight with fine debris underneath the hood. Every system we service shows at least some buildup on every visit. If a salesperson tells you otherwise, ask them when the warranty pays for your fascia rot.
