Pool Cages, Two-Story Walls and HOA Rules
Many homes in Oakleaf and the newer parts of Argyle Forest have a screened pool enclosure tucked under the back roofline. The gutter above it is often the one that matters most, since overflow pours onto the cage roof, stains the screen and puddles on the deck. We cannot lean a ladder on the cage, so we set up from the side or work from the roof when the pitch allows. If your back gutter is over a cage, mention it on the phone so we bring the right ladder.
Two-story homes with a stucco or siding wall straight up from the patio mean a tall ladder on concrete pavers. We use stand-offs so the ladder rests on the roof edge, not on the gutter.
